Robert Donatelli joined Norris McLaughlin & Marcus in May 2015.† He has over forty years of experience in estate administration, wills and trusts, and real estate law.

Bob helps clients with all aspects of estate planning and administration, from estate planningówill preparation, tax issues, guardianships, powers of attorney, living wills, living trusts, and special needs trusts, to estate
administrationóthe process of probate, valuing and managing the estate, executing decisions on guardianship and conservatorship.

In the area of real estate law, Bob advises clients on matters of residential and commercial sales transactions, real estate contracts, mortgages,
re-finances, foreclosures, eminent domain, title insurance, and title
disputes.  Bob handles land use, zoning, and permit matters.

He is a member of the Ethics Board of the City of Allentown and a former solicitor of the Register of Wills of Lehigh County.  He is active in the Bar
Association of Lehigh County, where he served as President in 1985, and is a member of the Barristers Inn of Court, where he also served as President.

A 1963 graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law, Donatelli is
admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.†
